The A-framed roof resembles the traditional architectural style while the Dutch frame-outs serve as decorative elements. Plus, the dual-tone color combination is one of the unique features we add to our prefab metal garages. It also acts to enhance the aesthetics of the building.
Features of 24x26 Two Cars Garage
The vertical metal panels provide the coverage for the 14-gauge tubular framing of these Two Cars Garage. For the record, the A-framed roof of the metal garage building has vertical roof panels.
This roof style is a more effective option to handle heavy rainfall and snow. It lets the precipitation slide off. Hence, you don't have to regularly clean the rain and snow off the roof after every instance of rainfall. The vertical panels on the walls have a wainscot, which is the above-mentioned dual color combination.
With the planning of this metal garage building, we wanted to make sure that the users get the maximum use of the floor area. The placement of the openings is also done in a way to achieve that very purpose.
The front and the back end of the prefab metal garage each consists of a 30"x30" window. These windows facilitate natural daylighting and ventilation into the prefab metal building. Instead of the front, the main entrances to the building are on the right wall.
Here, we have installed two metal garage doors for vehicular access. These metal garage doors are 9'x8' and are fixed to Dutch-style frame-outs. Sandwiched between the two metal garage doors is a walk-in door which gives the users quick access into the building.
