This RV carport a vertical roof which means it has roof panels in a vertical orientation. Meanwhile, the roof bows are made by welding tubes. This roof style has hat channels as well. Having a vertical roof prevents the roof from rusting and damages as it drains away the debris and water efficiently. Both of the ends of RV carport are open for maximum clearance. We have also provided L-Trims on corners to refine the looks of the carport further. Both sides have 3’ wide x 35’ long panels in a horizontal orientation along with J-Trims that run under panels for additional safety.
You can add gables at ends either in vertical or in a horizontal orientation. Alternatively, you can enclose your RV carport to ensure more safety to your huge investment using side panels either in a horizontal or vertical orientation.
If you enclose your RV carport, consider adding walk-in-doors, frame outs, windows as well. However, we provide wainscot as an option only on vertical sides or ends.
But generally, carports are open structures. That is what makes it distinct from other buildings like garage and barns. However, there's an option to customize it and turn it into a fully enclosed structure as well like mentioned above.
