Features of 18 x 21 Regular Metal Garage Buildings
The most prominent feature of our regular metal garage buildings is their roof. The curved edges of the roof give the garage unique and modern aesthetics. The panels on the roof are in horizontal orientation. Horizontal panels need cleaning after showers since they tend to accumulate water and debris. Hence, we recommend this particular garage in areas with mild weather conditions where precipitation is rare. If you live in areas with harsher weather, you can upgrade to boxed eave or vertical metal garage buildings.
The garage is fully enclosed with horizontal panels. Again, you can upgrade to vertical panels for added strength.
There is an 8' x 8' metal garage door at the front end to allow smooth movement of cars, trucks, and equipment. For normal access, we have provided a walk-in door on one side of the garage door. There is also a 30" x 30" on another side of the garage door that lets in light and air into the garage building.
