The amount of down payment is 10% of the total cost for a purchase that is under $1500. It is 12% for an order that costs $1500 – $4000 and 15% for orders over $4000. Checks will require 5-10 business days so that we can clear them before starting your order.
Your order will then go to our manufacturers where your prefab steel building kit will be produced. A customer service representative will get in contact with you after your metal structure has been manufactured to schedule your delivery. We will deliver your order to the site usually within 2-4 weeks from the date you are ready to have your metal building installed. This time period may be longer depending on the demand, time of the year, etc.
Preparing the Site Before the Installation
Preparation of the site is also your responsibility. It is very important if you want the construction to happen as per the schedule. There are only a few things you have to take care of to prepare the site for the installation. The primary step is to level the site. An unlevelled site will cause a lot of trouble during the installation. It will also create instability in the structure in the long run. Especially for enclosed structures, the doors and windows may not close or open properly if the site is not level.
You can lay the foundation for the metal building if you plan to build it over concrete, wood, gravel, etc. You will also have to clear out debris or any obstruction that might impede the installation process.
