I was very satisfied with the customer service. The ordering process was pretty simple and the crew did a fantastic job. Quality product at an affordable price. The sales people were super helpful. We LOVE the cover. Carport1 really made this an easy experience on us. We did have one small hiccup that was immediately remedied. The installers were nice, and professional. We are happy with the outcome, and will definitely recommend you to our friends.

The building turned out BETTER than I could imagine. The entire process was great, start to finish. Brandon really made the entire process simple. Between pulling the permit, getting us scheduled, and the installers arriving with the building to install, we could not ask for better customer service! The whole process from start to finish was excellent. I made several phone calls throughout the process, and could always get it contact with Amanda to make changes, verify something, etc. When the installation started, it was right on scheduled time, and the installation crew put in the work to complete on schedule, and I do mean work. They never stopped, great crew. Could not have been a better process. Thank you all, it was great.

This is my 3rd carport from different companies. Carport 1 is the best so far. So if your looking to purchase a carport call Amanda, She was awesome to work with and she is very Professional.

Carport 1 was great to work with on my garage project. Amanda my sales rep was very responsive to changes that came about because of city planning requirements. In the end the project was a success and I’m very happy with the outcome.
